About Renee
Renee Groff is a seasoned speaker and Discipleship Pastor at Lifeway Church in Lebanon, PA. With several decades of experience as a communicator, she is known for her authenticity, warmth, and ability to speak straight to the places people tend to hide. She is passionate about blending biblical truth with real-life application in a way that is both deeply relatable and spiritually challenging.
A former secondary English Language Arts teacher, Renee has a gift for bringing clarity to complex truths and helping people take meaningful next steps. She holds a master’s degree from Kairos University (in partnership with Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, PA) and is a contributor to Lysa TerKeurst’s devotional book Clear Mind, Peaceful Heart: 50 Devotions for Sleeping Well in a World Full of Worry.
Renee also leads “Discipleship by Design” workshops that equip pastors and leaders to build intentional discipleship pathways for spiritual formation and long-term Kingdom impact. Her messages center on discipleship, spiritual growth, identity in Christ, and hope-filled perseverance.
Renee is committed to modeling what it looks like to be a genuine follower of Jesus—where spiritual formation is not about perfection, but about faithful pursuit. She and her husband, Gary, reside in Annville, PA, where she finds great joy in family life as a mom and Gigi.
