About Rusty
After 30 years in full-time ministry, 21 as Senior Minister, Rusty Tugman became a sought-after executive coach, leadership trainer, and keynote speaker who has gained a reputation for helping leaders and teams maximize their potential.
Rusty is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Management Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching. He is the owner of Tugman Coaching and Consulting, LLC, where his clients have included executives of multinational organizations, as well as leaders of multi-billion-dollar companies, government agencies, and churches.

After the death of his infant son, Rusty Tugman went on a search to find answers for why God let this tragedy happen.
