About Salina

At the center of everything she does is her deep love for Jesus Christ. She is the author of Cultivating a Clean Heart, a 30-day devotional available on Amazon that helps readers reframe negative thought patterns through Scripture while growing in a deeper understanding of Christ's love, truth, and transforming grace.

In the past, she faithfully served as a youth teacher for three years, passionately leading young people closer to God and encouraging them to be bold in their faith out of love. Whether through age-appropriate games, pizza nights, youth hikes, or honest biblical guidance, her heart has always been to listen well and point the next generation back to Christ.

For the past few years, she and her husband have served together as Family Ministry Leaders at their local church, creating spaces where families can grow in faith and connection through family game nights, movie nights, and community outreach events. She previously led a thriving moms group that cultivated a safe, grace-filled space for mothers to fellowship while their children built friendships of their own. Each year, she hosts a special Moms Friendsgiving featuring Christ-centered encouragement, interactive group games, and joyful giveaways from her small farm-based skincare business.

She is also the host of the Be the Light podcast, where she shares honest, vulnerable conversations that always point listeners back to the hope, truth, and redeeming grace of Jesus Christ. A nurse of over a decade and currently working towards her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, she is passionate about helping others understand mental health through a Biblical lens, build resilience, and strengthen their faith and relationships.

She married her best friend in 2020, and together they are raising three young boys under the age of six. As a special needs mom to their oldest son, who has autism, she has experienced firsthand both the beauty and the challenges of parenting through seasons that require extraordinary patience, advocacy, and unwavering faith. Because of Jesus, her love for her family has become deeper, steadier, and firmly rooted in grace. They are her greatest earthly blessing.

At 36 years old, she would describe herself as ambitious, bold, and kind. She believes truth should never be watered down, but it should always be spoken with compassion. Her mission is to equip believers with practical, biblical tools to renew their minds, deepen their relationship with Christ, and confidently live out the calling God has placed on their lives. Above all else, her greatest desire is for others to know just how deeply Jesus loves them—and to walk boldly in that love.
